Prediction and analysis over a comprehensive drug–combination–disease relationship dataset, using semi-supervised high-order relation learning to exploit the vast space of unlabeled combinations. Directly mentored by Prof. Jun Wen in his Precision-medicine AI Lab (MBZUAI & Harvard Medical School).
