GNN4Biomed — Graph Learning for Precision Medicine

A transfer-learning project that builds a GCN/RGCN model to predict drug–disease indication relations over the PrimeKG biomedical knowledge graph, with pharmacogenomics (drug–genetic-variant–disease) as the next step.
